How can do I use my coupon?

     Coupon discount(s) will not be applied to your order automatically. Please enter your coupon code manually when you are ready to check out. Enter your coupon code in the text box provided on the "View Cart" page. After you click on the �Apply� button, your balance will be updated with the discount(s) offered to your total balance.

What do I do if my coupon code does not update my total balance?

     Please verify that you have entered the valid and complete coupon code for the item that you are trying to check out. If the discount is not updated in your total balance, contact us immediately. Please email us at help@dvd-rwmedia.com with the following information:

• Item Name

• Item Code

• Coupon Code

     We will address your inquiry immediately; however, in the meantime please enter the coupon code in the Comment box of the "Shipping/Billing Information" page and complete the checkout process without the discount. After we have verified the coupon's validity, we will apply the discount manually to your order and refund you the discount(s) immediately.

Will I be able to use multiple coupons?

     No. All coupon promotional offers are to be used individually. Only one coupon per order.

Will I be able to use coupons for DVD-RWMedia.com that are posted on other sites?

     Yes, our affiliates or other 3rd party companies / forums may post or advertise our deals and discounts on their independent websites.
