     DVD-RWMedia.com utilizes both the United States Postal Service and UPS for order delievery. We currently offer the following shipping methods:

1. FREE Standard

2. FREE 2nd Day Air

   Free 2nd Day Air is only available on eligible items and orders. For more information about Free 2nd Day Air eligibility, visit Free Shipping Information.

3. Standard

   • 7-10 business days
   • 48 continental US states: Items may be shipped via USPS or UPS dependent on item size and weight. For Standard Shipping it is not possible to specify a specific shipping carrier.
   • AK, HI, PR, and VI: Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands addresses.
   • APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.

4. Ground

   • 5-7 business days
   • No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes
   • 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
   • AK, HI, PR, and VI: Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands addresses.
   • APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.

5. 3 Day Select

   • 3 business days
   • No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes
   • 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
   • AAK, HI, PR, and VI: Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands addresses.
   • APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.
   • When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon PST on a business day, you can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.

6. 2nd Day Air

   • 2 business days
   • No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes
   • 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
   • AK, HI, PR, and VI: Items will be shipped via UPS.
   • APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.
   • When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon PST on a business day, you can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.

7. Next Day

   • 1 business day
   • No weekend deliveries, no P.O. boxes
   • 48 continental US states: Items will be shipped via UPS.
   • AK, HI, PR, and VI: Items will be shipped via UPS.
   • APO/FPO: Not available to APO/FPO addresses.
   • All cleared orders placed before 12:00 noon PST on a business day will be processed within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Status Definitions

• All Backordered: All products on the order are not in stock.

• Canceled: Order was canceled.

• Held for Mgr Review: Order placed on hold waiting for a manager to review.

• In Processing: Order processing is currently running and order is being processed.

• In Warehouse: Order processed, waiting to be picked and shipped.

• Partial Backordered: Some of the products on the order are not in stock.

• Shipped Complete: All products on the order have been shipped.

• Shipped/Returns: Part of the order has been returned.

 

Shipping Policy

• DVD-RWMedia.com offers United States Postal Service, UPS, or any other shipping method at our discretion. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or USS Ship.

• UPS does not ship on holidays and weekends.

• DVD-RWMedia.com processes orders only during regular business hours Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

• All cleared orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• A cleared order is define as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the validity of the billing/shipping information, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

• Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.

• Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery.

• Next Day Air - All cleared orders placed before 12:00 noon PST on a business day will be processed within 24 hours.

• 2nd Day Air - When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon PST on a business day, you can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.

• 3 Day Select - When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon PST on a business day, you can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order.

• Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.

• Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

• All orders less than one pound and with total value under $80.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packaged are usually delivered within 7-9 to any destination; Priority Mail: packaged are usually delivered within 2-5 days to any destination).
