Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered as material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are void with or without customer acknowledgement. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to the customer. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time before you place an order from DVD-RWMedia.com.

Technical Support

     DVD-RWMedia.com does not offer any technical support on any products listed on DVD-RWMedia.com. We also do not bear any responsibilities due to the misleading or misunderstanding of technical information. Customers (buyers) shall contact the original manufacturer, if any, for assistance of issues such as product compatibility, features, troubleshooting, and any other technical questions.

Warranties

     DVD-RWMedia.com is a distributor. Most products sold by DVD-RWMedia.com are not manufactured by DVD-RWMedia.com unless specified. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). DVD-RWMedia.com will assist in order for customer to fulfill their warranties information, however, is not responsible for any manufacturer warranties information and/or dispute(s).

Limitation of liability in all circumstances

     DVD-RWMedia.com's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. DVD-RWMedia.com shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. DVD-RWMedia.com shall not be liable for 3rd party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not DVD-RWMedia.com is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages. DVD-RWMedia.com does not, and is not, responsible for any lost data, online errors, displaying errors, online page errors or any online processing errors that have been caused by machines or computers. DVD-RWMedia.com does not hold any liabilities for any lost of emails due to technical errors.

Order Process Information and Requirement

     Shipment normally ships out the next business day after receiving your order (excluding holidays). DVD-RWMedia.com may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. DVD-RWMedia.com does not hold any delaying responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they might warrant any additional responsibilities. It is customer's responsibility to ensure the information provided is correct and free of any errors. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. On Hold Status

     "On hold" status is defined as orders that cannot be processed due to error(s) with your order. Orders being placed "on hold" status could be caused by the following reasons:

  • Credit card information cannot be verified.

  • Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched.

  • Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error.

  • Receiver does not match credit card records as authorized user.

     In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please take the time to ensure you have correctly inputted the correct billing information. If it is needed, in addition, please notify your bank regarding your shipping address. Furthermore, feel free to call us at 1.888.434.1888 to verify your information so that your order will be guaranteed shipped out within the next 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to verify or process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

     DVD-RWMedia.com Limited Liability - DVD-RWMedia.com does not hold any responsibility for any lost/damaged of the shipment of order(s) due to mistakes/wrongdoings caused by the shipping carrier or the customer (buyer). DVD-RWMedia.com will however, issue a second shipment under special conditions after 15 days; after UPS has claimed package lost. Under any circumstances, DVD-RWMedia.com's liability limits to assist package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval.

Cancellation of Orders

     All orders that have been processed (charged) cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please call us as soon as possible.

Price Changes

     DVD-RWMedia.com reserves the right to change any price for any product at any time. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Typographical Errors

     DVD-RWMedia.com is not responsible for typographical errors, price differences, or coupon codes validity posted by forums, or any 3rd party affiliates.
